About

Born and bred in West Los Angeles, I have always had an eye for beauty and a heart for the lesser-known. In a city like mine it’s so easy to be seen but invisible. Discovered but then misplaced. In the irony I have found answers and I hope to share some of them through my art and reflections.

Raised by artists in a family business I learned early on to think outside of the box and as Roald Dahl so famously put it, “to try looking at it another way.” So in that vein everything I create comes with a different, perhaps more idyllic perspective.

I live in my hometown and I still work in the family business. Jesus has given me a sweet life, a good man, a little boy and two pups, Layla and Kira. The beauty is in the daily mercies and I pray that’s the takeaway of my life.

Coffee is my bread and butter, but people, words and stories are my passion.
